If you're looking for a homey style cute cheap Japanese restaurant, then this is the one. You can probably tell I love oriental food and my favourite is probably Japanese. I stumbled across this restaurant whilst walking through Exmouth market. We decided to go as the menu looked decent.

Love their philosophy!

On the right they have a large refrigerator with all their desserts and main dishes for take away. Make sure you try their desserts, they are amazingly delish!

Takoyaki £3.80

Salmon rolls, even the wasabi decoration is designed so cute - £2

Prawn tempura roll - £3.50

Spicy prawn roll - £2.60

Pork katsu don - £8

Kara age chicken, served with rice and two sides - £9.50

Matcha latte, the cup and added sprinkles are super cute ^____^
If you're looking for a cheap lunch or dinner then Necco is really the place to go especially as Japanese restaurants in London are so expensive. It's so hard to find a cheap decent Japanese restaurant unless you're going to a buffet. All the workers in Necco are also Japanese and it's nice when you come in they greet you in Japanese too. The food is not amazingly wow but pretty standard sushi's and rice mains. The desserts on the other hand are seriously nice, they also supply to Japan Centre. I have ordered a birthday cake which was really nice and have already ordered a second one. All my family and friends were asking where I bought the cake from as it was decorated so cutely.
During the summer you can also opt to sit outside if the weather is nice or sit inside but they have a sliding wall so you still get the lovely heat.
